This will be an Adult no gi Jui Jitsu Seminar. Picking up where we left off last time with Mr. Headden and continuing our quest to learn this ground fighting art.

This will be a no gi class. Picking up where we left off last time with Mr. Headden and continuing our quest to learn this ground fighting art. For those training with me on a regular basis in the adult gi class, this will also be an opportunity for stripes and possibly new belts. There are a few of you needing that Blue belt. For testing purposes please bring your gi to this seminar, and if you are eligible for ranking we may need to see some gi work along with the no gi stuff. Again this is open to anyone that you deem worthy of the experience. The cost for this will be $30.00 as well. If you have father/son teams or father/daughter teams, they may attend both sections of the seminar. But please inform them the first seminar will be taught to the kids and at a kids level, still great information that everyone needs, but at a much slower pace. Additionally, kids can stay for the no gi event if their parent is participating, again this will be an adult class taught to and for the adults, so kids may have so down time during this event, but they are welcome to stay.
